ForestWorks is in ongoing consultation with industry to determine what improvements and updates are required to the qualifications, skill sets, and units of competency to support current skills needs and job functions. This work is then undertaken as part of a training package project, with additional consultation throughout each project to collect feedback on potential updates and developments.

There are currently no training package projects underway.

Once a project has been finalised, the revised qualifications, skill sets and units are published on training.gov.au and available for delivery by registered training organisations.
