Mike Radda, Chief Executive Officer

Mike brings over two decades of experience in the furniture industry, with a robust commercial background complemented by a five-year tenure as the National CEO of the Furnishing Industry Association of Australia (FIAA). Most recently, he served as the Asia Vice President for MillerKnoll, the world’s largest contract furniture company. His background also includes roles as CEO of a leading Australian contract furniture company and founder of a small-scale residential furniture business.
Throughout his career, Mike’s strong foundation in education has significantly shaped his approach to business and leadership. This dual expertise is crucial to his role at ForestWorks.
Dedicated to the sectors ForestWorks represents, Mike is committed to continuous workforce development and firmly believes that the future prosperity of these industries hinges on their workforce and their ability to utilise renewable and sustainable resources.
Belinda Tierney, General Manager
Belinda brings over 25 years of experience working in the vocational, education and training (VET) sector, including senior leadership roles working in not-for-profit, government and commercial entities, including Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), Group Training Organisations (GTOs), Australian Apprenticeships Support Network (AASN) providers and as a Non-Executive Director of Chamber Apprenticeship Support Australia Ltd.
Prior to joining ForestWorks, Belinda spent 18 years as General Manager at the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), where she managed a range of commercial services to support business, including Training, Health, Safety and Wellbeing Consulting and International Trade as well as a wide range of government-funded grants, programs and services.

The ForestWorks team are committed to the advancement of the forest, wood, paper, timber products and furnishing industries.
The team consists of individuals from around the country bringing a wide range of skills and experience, including from the forest and wood products industry. We have individuals who are specialists in skills standard and qualifications development, state-based skills advisory managers operating in regions across Australia and administrative professionals who support the rest of the team and general operations.
