Training and Skills Specialist Manager  (Morwell Office)

Kaye has been involved in education and training within the Gippsland region for the past 25 years. She has worked with in education, local and state government, and within industry, including the pulp and paper sector. Kaye led the process for the development of four new qualifications in biomanufacturing for Australian Paper as the lead organisation along with Federation University and TAFE Gippsland. This project was funded by the Victorian State Government through the Workplace Training Innovation Fund.

Within Kaye’s role in the pulp and paper Industry, she represented Australian Paper nationally on the Pulp and Paper Manufacturing Industry Reference Committee which managed the national Pulp and Paper Manufacturing Training Package. Further, Kaye has spent time in consultancy positions focussed on the provision of advice to companies regarding the development of their staff and in respect to occupational health and safety issues and concerns. Industries Kaye has worked within have included the mining, forestry, and paper.

Kaye holds a Master of Professional Education & Training, a Graduate Certificate of Professional Education & Training (specialising in Workplace and Vocational Education and Training), and Diplomas and Certificates in Business, Human Resources and Training and Assessment, and Workplace Health and Safety.
