Operations Manager (Melbourne Office)
Katrina Teisini has joined the ForestWorks team as Operations Manager. Katrina has assisted Industry and Vocational and Higher Education institutions with strategic projects and workforce capability, learning and development, compliance, and strategy creation for over 20 years.
Before ForestWorks, Katrina led the scale-up of an education tech marketplace in Australia and Southeast Asia. Mentoring a large offshore team, she developed successful workflows, processes, policies and KPIs to drive quality products and services to recruiters and students around the world, working with over 1700 contracted education institutions worldwide.
She is passionate about skill acquisition and the correlation it makes in a tangible boost to productivity and profit. Placing the ‘Why’ at the heart of all interactions, Katrina aims to put humanness in operations.
Katrina holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and administration and is currently completing a Master of Data Analytics at the University of Melbourne.
