Nina brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and stakeholder engagement, spanning private enterprise, entertainment, education, and government sectors. Starting her career in radio, she progressed through significant roles in the music industry, book publishing, and consumer product licensing, partnering with global brands.

Her expertise grew to include marketing and communications in areas such as education, sport, environmental sustainability, and COVID-19 response. She played a key role in major educational reforms, including The Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and the Victorian Government’s Best Start, Best Life Early Childhood Education initiative.

Nina excels in building relationships that drive change, with skills in change management campaigns, workforce strategy design, and executing public consultations, media campaigns, and events.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and Australian Studies), a Graduate Certificate in Business (Marketing), and is a member of IAP2 Australasia. Nina is dedicated to creating positive impacts through strategic communication and collaboration.
