We are pleased to announce that ForestWorks has been successful in their alliance with the National Farmers Federation to secure government approval for a Skills Service Organisation (SSO) role through the creation of a new entity, Skills Impact.
Yesterday the Minister for Vocational Education and Skills, Luke Hartsuyker, announced the five organisations selected as Skills Service Organisations to work with Industry Reference Committees (IRCs) to develop training package products, including skills standards and qualifications.
Skills Impact is now the national SSO for a diverse range of grown and renewable resource industries, including forest and wood products and pulp and paper industries.
