The Innovation Skills Program was part of a two year government funded project to help industry develop their innovation skills, adapt to the ever changing environment and remain competitive and successful in today’s market.
Through the Innovation Skills Program we have begun to see collaborative initiatives commencing within some sectors of the industry, such as the development of a website that will enable manufacturers to more easily identify and purchase wood panel products that comply with Australian quality and safety standards.
Due to the success of the program, ForestWorks are looking for avenues to continue the Innovation Skills Program in the future.
