Engagement
Stakeholder consultations focus on defining the pilot program, clarifying requirements, and identifying resources needed to meet project objectives.
Development
Design of the pilot program based on consultation outcomes, including preparation of training content, delivery models, and assessment approaches.
Pilot Communication
Promotion of the pilot program to ensure broad awareness and active participation across industry stakeholders.
Pilot Delivery
Implementation of the pilot program as determined through the consultation and development phases.
Scaling Plan
Evaluation of pilot program outcomes and preparation of a comprehensive long-term implementation plan for industry adoption.
Finalisation
Completion of the pilot and transition to long-term workforce development activities, embedding lessons learned.
Project Timeline
Some projects are expected to be completed by June 2026, in line with the original schedule. Others are now scheduled for completion by June 2027, following approval of program extension.
